Your initial training session is an integral part of ensuring the best possible experience for all who choose to purchase virtual training packages. It is the time when you get to know your trainer and your trainer gets to know you!!
Your initial training session will cover these topics:
- Client Goals
- Your schedule and time you can devote to exercise each week
- Current exercise activity
- Physical fitness history
- Your specific concerns and questions
By asking the right questions, and listening to your answers, a good trainer can gather the information necessary in designing a great exercise program that is tuned into YOUR goals, lifestyle, and current physical fitness level.
Initial Training Session Options
The nature of the personal training services provided by Every Body Fit allows for more than one type of initial training session. The initial training session form may be accessed on this page to the right.
On Paper
We provide a Consultation Form you can fill out and submit electronically, by fax, or by good old snail mail.
Over the Phone
Schedule an over the phone appointment and a trainer will call you and ask ALL the pertinent questions needed to design the perfect program for you.
In Person
If geography permits - You can meet with a trainer in person to discuss goals, needs, and other info needed to design your program.
